IBR Inc., Institute for Biopharmaceutical Research, in Matzingen ist ein auf bioanalytische Dienstleistungen spezialisiertes Auftragsforschungsinstitut (CRO) mit einer fast dreissigjährigen Erfolgsgeschichte. IBR Inc. bietet Lösungen für Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte in den Bereichen Biologika, Biosimilars und Zelltherapien. Das Angebot umfasst GxP-Labordienstleistungen, sowie eine Reihe flexibler und hochwertiger bioanalytischer Lösungen, die auf Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte in nicht-klinischen und klinischen Entwicklung zugeschnitten sind. Zudem leistet IBR Inc. während des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses und der behördlichen Prüfung einen wichtigen Beitrag zu klinischen Studienberichten, Zulassungsanträgen und wissenschaftlichen Publikationen ihrer internationalen Kunden.
IBR Inc. verfügt über eine Infrastruktur mit zehn Laborarbeitsplätzen und weiteren Büroräumlichkeiten, wo hochspezifische bioanalytische Methoden entwickelt werden. IBR Inc., Institute for Biopharmaceutical Research in Matzingen, is a contract research organization (CRO) specializing in bioanalytical services and has a successful track record spanning almost thirty years. IBR Inc. provides solutions for research and development projects in the fields of biologics, biosimilars, and cell therapies. Its services include GxP laboratory services as well as a range of flexible, high-quality bioanalytical solutions tailored to research and development projects in both non-clinical and clinical development. In addition, IBR Inc. makes an important contribution to clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications for its international clients throughout the entire development process and regulatory review.
IBR Inc. has an infrastructure comprising ten laboratory workstations and additional office space where highly specialized bioanalytical methods are developed. Building on this foundation, the innovative and highly specialized successor team is aiming for rapid growth and success.
For this reason, the founder and the successor team are offering a partner with an established industry network to join as a co-investor with a strategic role. In addition to an equity stake, a merger with an existing CRO is also a possibility.
